Love Easter Hate Waste

Love Easter Hate Waste CELEBRITY chef Paul Da-Costa-Greaves has again joined forces with Don't let Devon go to waste to offer top tips and recipes to make families' Easter fare go further.

Paul, Masterchef of Great Britain who co-owns The Galley in Topsham, has pulled together a selection of his favourite Easter recipes with a twist for the Love Easter, hate waste campaign. All contain easy waste-saving ideas to help combat the £12 billion worth of food that we throw away every year.

From making home-made tartare sauce to using up left-over dried fruit to make Simnel cake, Paul is keen to help Devon families get the most from their cupboards and wallets.

Paul said: "The campaign includes a selection of my personal recipes for some fantastic Easter favourites. I'm pleased to join with Don't let Devon go to waste in the Love Easter, hate waste campaign to give people ideas on how to reduce food waste and save money at the same time.

"For example you can make a delicious trifle using up any hot cross buns that may have been forgotten."
