CELEBRITY chef Paul Da-Costa-Greaves has again joined forces with Don’t let Devon go to waste to launch a campaign offering top tips and recipes to make families’ summer fare go further.
Paul, Masterchef of Great Britain who co-owns The Galley in Topsham, has pulled together a selection of his favourite summer recipes with a twist for the Love Summer, hate waste campaign. All contain easy waste-saving ideas to help combat the £10 billion worth of food that we throw away every year.

From making home-made tartare sauce to using up left-over Neapolitan ice cream to make a summer knickerbocker glory, Paul is keen to help Devon families get the most from their cupboards and wallets.
Paul said: “The campaign includes a selection of my personal recipes for some fantastic Summer favourites. I’m pleased to join with Don’t let Devon go to waste in the Love Summer, hate waste campaign to give people ideas on how to reduce food waste and save money at the same time”.
