Okehampton Repair Café
Volunteer repairers ready to help fix your broken items. Operating monthly out of All Saints’ Parish Church Hall, Market St., Okehampton from 10am to 12:30pm.
Moretonhampstead Community Shed (Wellmoor) - Repair Café
Moretonhampstead’s Community Shed is now running drop in repair café sessions. Check out their website for their next event! Located in the premises formally occupied by MED Theatre, through the archway to the right of the co-op.
Repair Café co-ordinated and operated by Proper Job. Runs quarterly out of Okehampton library, please check the Proper Job website to find out when their next event is happening.
Repair café organised and coordinated by Earth Action North Devon. Runs every other first Wednesday of the month from 10am-1pm, at the Church of St. John the Baptist.
The Plympton Repair Café takes place at Chaddlewood Farm Community Centre, on the third Saturday of every month (except December). Bring along your broken items and our volunteers will try to fix them for you!
Our group was set up to run events and projects that will make our lovely town of Bradninch more sustainable, reduce waste, and become an even better community.
Our ethos is to recycle, reuse and repair rather than refuse household items. The Repair Shop we are not. We aim to repair 60-70% of what you bring us. You are welcome to have a cuppa and homemade cake while you wait.
Helping people fix broken stuff in a friendly atmosphere, so less gets thrown away. A lot of simple repairs can be made quite quickly, you can be shown how to perform these repairs with a little help from people with the know-how.
