Visit libraries across Devon to take part in a Halloween Costume Swap and help fight the horrors of Halloween waste!

Participating libraries will be hosting rails throughout October, where visitors can:
– Donate pre-loved costumes you no longer need to be rehomed,
– Swap a pre-loved costume for something new-to-you from the donations,
– Rehome a donated costume to be reused.

Taking part is completely free and is a great way to help reduce waste whilst saving families money!

Please note that the stock of costumes available is entirely reliant on the donations made, as such there is no guarantee that costumes of a specific size/age/style will be available, you can always return at a later date to check new donations for something suitable.
