All Community Groups in Exeter

We are a not for profit social enterprise and everything for sale in the shop and foyer has been donated, reclaimed, made from recycled materials or are factory seconds that would have otherwise ended up in landfill. Our aim is to stop craft supplies going to landfill by using our profit to meticulously sort, repackage and reimagine all the donations

Spinning top toy library offers a wide variety of toys to borrow for a small weekly cost. They are run by Merry-Go-Round toy libraries, based at The Beacon Centre, Exeter. Open Fridays 10am-1pm.

Merry Go Round Toy Library operates out of Exeter Scrapstore in Belmont Park. They are open every Tuesday throughout the year for families, groups or individuals who look after children aged from a few months into early teens. Simply register as a member then book and pay for toys online!  

Community Fridge operating out of the University of Exeter, open 24/7.

Located at the Palace Gate Centre. 10am-12pm, Monday-Friday.

9.30am – midday, every second Saturday of the month located in the Function Room at the Kings Arms car park, Cowick Street, St Thomas, Exeter, EX4 1AA

Everyday at The Methodist Church, Main Road, EX6 8BT.

LOVE Food CIC runs a range of Local, Organic, Vegan & Ethical food projects in and around Exeter – including a vegan Community Fridge at St Thomas Parish Church, Monday-Friday 10am-3pm.

It’s better fixed than ditched. We’re part of Topsham Community Association. Dorothy Holman Youth and Community Centre.

A unique arts and craft shop based in Belmont Park. The Scrapstore offering clean, quality scrap to be used in creative activities, including education, play, arts and crafts. Opening hours: Thurs 10am-5pm, Fri 11am-4pm, Sat 10am-1pm

Exeter Community Fridge makes supply chain surplus food available to all for free. The aim is to reduce food waste, save households and businesses money and to strengthen community resilience. Now located at St. Sidwell’s Community Centre, open 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.
