Toy libraries give anyone caring for children the opportunity to borrow or hire toys and equipment for a small fee. Merry Go Round Toy & Leisure Library and Carousel Toy Library are toy libraries in the Devon area. Alternatively, charity shops, freegle, gumtree and local parent baby groups would appreciate donations.
